Payment plans

How They Work

We offer 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 month plans, and a 50/50 plan where you pay half one month and half the following month. The final cost of your purchase will remain unchanged and you are welcome to use any promotional or discount code you may have. 

Any promotional code/discount code must be used when paying the deposit and cannot be added to the order at a later date, only one code can be used per purchase.

To use a payment plan, please contact us via email, phone, or any of our social media accounts (@mudmudbaby). Once you have choosen what mud kitchen, and which plan you would like, we will send you an invoice for a £60 deposit. Your deposit acts as your first instalment, as well as securing your place on the build list in the workshop. Please note that the deposit is non refundable after 30 days.

Instalments are due on the same day of the month as your deposit is paid, so if you pay your deposit on the 1st, all following instalments will also be due on the 1st of the month.

We will send you an invoice, via email, each month with a breakdown of how much you have paid, how much is left to pay, and how much is due on the next instalment due date. The invoice will also have a button to pay now, making it easy to pay your instalment when you are ready. Invoices will be sent up to 3 days before the instalment due date, and can be paid at anytime after receiving the email up to midnight on the instalment due date.

You can defer any payment for up to 2 months, please let us know if you need to do this. If you miss more than two payments, and we cannot contact you, or resolve the issue, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any instalments paid up to that date, minus the deposit paid on checkout. We will always try to avoid this happening and will do our best to work with you to resolve any problem.

You can change to a different payment plan, or pay in full, at any time. Just contact us to discuss what you would like to do and we will do our best to help.

You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund of your deposit at any point up to and including your first instalment due date. If you cancel after your first instalment due date, you will be refunded any instalments made, minus the initial deposit.
